Android Application Develpoment

I have a very simple android app requirement. App is about evaluating performance of employees based on their task assignment. Complete App Requirements are attached with screen shots and very detailed exploitation. Please read the requirements and bid only if you can complete all the requirements in the budget you are mentioning in your proposal. Full code will be handed over as a deliverable. After final app is complete, Freelancer will give us one week time for testing before the full payment is made. It is a private/internal app, shouldn't be available for general public on google play, I can discuss if you have any other suggestion. Brief description of requirements (detailed requirements are attached): App is a performance measurement tool and it will be used by multiple users and it should have ability to run off-line but when internet is available it should have an ability to sync with the Central database. App can get information about tasks, schedules and employees and other meta-data information from a database. (Task assignments and creation etc will be done separately in our web application, app is not required to create/assign tasks or schedules or create users or task categories etc. App will only by used to evaluate already assigned tasks.) See attached Excel Sheet. Last 7 days of data should always be available to user in mobile app, older data if already synced , cab be deleted from the mobile (but it will remain in common database). Last 7 days of Data can also be modified by the users, and it should update the master/common database on server when synced next time. - Mock up screen shots and database diagrams and central database table creation scripts are attached.
