Android App for Satisfaction Survey

An android 4.0 application for Tablet that will be used to research the satisfaction of patients of a hospital. The tablet does not need internet to work, but it will synchronize with a web server time to time when connected to the network with the Internet. The screens are attached. The first screen asks which eye was operated (left, right or both). 3 buttons. The second screen has a question with options 0-10 (in a defined color scale). The third screen has 6 items, in which the user can choose more than one (multiple choice). It will also have three buttons: 1. None of the options; 2- I do not know inform; 3- Finish Search The third question varies according to the note: If the user chooses a note 0-8, we have 6 justifications set for the screen 3 If the user chooses grades 9 or 10, we will have 6 justifications set for the screen 3 In the fourth screen will have a text of thanks. After 3 seconds the system returns to the first page. And so it is ready for a next survey. == The application should work without internet, and when the internet connection is established, it must send the data to a web server. When you finish the satisfaction survey, the data is saved in a local database (SQLite). From time to time will be a background routine to send this data to a server (already configured and online). You only have to perform a POST call by sending data (JSON) for each answer. The SQLite answers should be marked as "processed", ie there should be a control so that the synchronization data is not sent repeatedly to the web server, avoiding duplication. All texts are in Portuguese, we will pass all. Important: The code must be done in English. The project should be done in Android Studio. The project will be delivered with the source code.
