Android App Developer needed for Home Automation

50% Payment of the project will be made after the work completion and and 50% after hand over the source code to us. Will not increase the budget of the app at any cost. So don't ask about increment of the budget. App should work on all the Android versions on all android mobiles of all companies like Samsung, oppo, sony and all mobile companies above 4.0 Android version. No project will be awarded and no milestone will be created without checking 50% of your work on our android app. If you can not fulfill above requirements then no need to waste my precious time. Many fraud developers first say that they will do the project but later they show their real image by saying that they need more money as work is more, this and that. I am looking for an Android App for controlling Smart Home Automation Products, in which we want to give options of BLE 4.0 Bluetooth Controlled also, Wifi Control also. There will be two options in the beginning of the app on the very first page. 1. (BLE 4.0 Bluetooth Controlled (For Shutter and Gates and Curtains) When user select BLE 4.0 Bluetooth option then it should directly ask for the permission to connect Bluetooth with a Popup on screen and show open Bluetooth Devices. Its connected device will be BLE 4.0 Bluetooth and after connecting any BLE 4.0 Bluetooth for the first time, it should ask user to change the password of BLE 4.0 Bluetooth device and without changing the password, it should not move further. 2. (WiFi Controlled for Home/Office Automation) When user select WiFi option then it should directly ask for the permission to connect WiFi with a Popup on screen and open WiFi and after connecting to WiFi connection for the first time, it should ask user to change the password of Wifi device and without changing the password, it should not move further.
