I want to do a mobile app for children, an Educational app.
Purpose : Picture book with text + sounds, WITH TWO DIFFERENT LANGUAGES.
INTERFACE :
- very simple interface (aiming for children up to 4 years)
- Similar to this app : [login to view URL] (with no buttons / no effects on pictures)
- Or similar to "level 1" of this app : [login to view URL]
- Or like this one : [login to view URL]
- touching a flag will change the name of the picture and the pronunciation
CATEGORIES :
- animals
- food,
- vehicules
- colours
- alphabet
- numbers
(etc...)
I want to start with only 2 caterogies (animals and vehicules)
PICTURES and Sounds :
I can give you some cliparts opensource / commercial use allowed
it depends on the price for providing pictures and sounds
SETTINGS :
- Sound : 0, Soft, Normal
- Music : 0, Soft, Normal
- Speed : 1, 2, 3
- Langage 1 : , french, corsican, english (Add language / further add-on)
- Langage 2 : french, corsican, english,
- Autoplay : yes, No
ADVANCED USER SETTINGS :
- possibility to edit text and voice speech for every picture ( ex : cat / category animals / English)
Initially the app will be free / no publicity
This app must be easily multi platform ( Android, IOS) : HTML 5 or hybrid app. ? I am not sure about technology / code to use.
I think it will be an "offline" use, with 2 defaults langages. Possibility to download others languages in the future...
Next upgrades / add-ons :
Others languages could be added easily (ex : celtic, breton, italian, etc...)
Others categories and pictures could be added easily (by you or me with a control panel)
