Andoid Tablet Application - Asset Risk Management

The project has been designed with a emphasis on creating a client side application that operates on the Android tablet device. The application will use three fundamental components on any of todays Android based tablets, namely the GPS, Camera and the WIFI/3G as a data carrier for the transmission of media as attachments in email. The application will create attachments that will include multiple images and related information, that have been captured by the device user. We will only consider vWorker proposals for this project that can demonstrate a completed Android application and provide the required project understanding. Once we have evaluated the vWorker proposal, we will forward our Statement of Works. The vWorker can then confirm thier acceptance and Bid/proposal values.
