Alpha 1 - App with usage meter, VPN connection

I need an app which 1) Has an database with adverts (in a server) then it is send 3-4 adverts to the user. If the user clicked on them, the app will make a VPN Tunnel. So the task is to make an app with an outer database with advertisements. The app reads them and shows up for the user. If the user clicked on them (some secondsy delay) (validation!) the app shows up a button with "CONNECT". Then it is connects to a VPN server. The app must determine the username with the user's HOST address. The password is prompted from the user (once). I know that it isnt a big deal for a programmer i saw many open source VPN clients, i have some tender from my country. But i want to try freelancer too.
