iPhone app, w/GPS, Geolocation, Database & facebook integration. - repost 2

I need one / several app developers to write an iPhone/Android application that will serve as a geolocation based GPS service that keeps track of other users "pinned" places. These places are marked by different users must be possible for an administrator to edit / maintain and delete. All the "pinned" locations on the map should be able to have different categories, as well as an informational message. Users of the app will be able to choose the radius (geolocation) when they receive notice of the "pinned" location. For example, (You're close to (1 Mile) to "pinned" - where you are headed ( direction based )- Some Text) as a Push message. The application must also have a map, so that all users can see all "pinned" positions that other users have added in their directional path, or city. ( option ). Pinned positions can also be reported by other users. Multiple ( 2/3 reports ) will delete the pin from the database. All users are Facebook-integrated. Users info will also be stored in a central database. Users can also be Banned. ( This from within a online administration tool ( This tool also needs to be developed. Really just a geolocation map, with an overall info about whats stored within the database.) ) We will be providing a central database that all users can store and retrieve information. We will setup the backend server, but the developers for the job, have to set it up to interact with the app. The database should be rapid, as it is could be many reqs at the same time. Users will also be able to choose which alerts on which category they want, and how close in radius, direction based. There will be different categories, with different options.
