iOS Application (Tight Deadline)

I need a mobile app designed for a devotional, That will 1. Contain Text for the 2014 2. In-App Purchase of Content will be possible for a Month, 3 Months of the Whole Year. i.e if you don't or haven't purchased content for a day or month you can't view that content 3. A little thread/forum for users to discuss lessons from daily reading. Do not waste my time if you can't do or can't do within budget Please note: Until I get something concrete I would not release any milestone, I will create but NOT release, as someone has wasted 3 weeks of my time and still collected milestone and just disappeared.
