Highly Skilled iOS Developer (custom app quickly!)

I need someone who is very experience in coding for iOS to create a feature rich, niche looking, mobile app. The app is very simple but needs a control panel were you can send Push Notifications broadcast messages to every people that download and activate push notifications of the app. Also on the control panel you need to be able to update info inside the app (more details will be provided via a private messages) I will take care of the graphics, icon and UI so you will focus only on the technical side. This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly.
