Designated Driver

I require an application that is available on BrlackBerry, Android and iPhone. The application will have two screens, one where the user will register his name, phone number - this will be stored on the phone on the application. The second screen will be where the user gets two drop downs, Collection Point: Current Location / Specify Location if Specify Location is selected, the user will need another field to enter where they are If Current location is selected it will need to select from the GPS the current location and from Google Maps the Location they are (if this is not available, the used must be forced to type in their location) Collection Time: Now (within 30 minutes) / Specify Time if Specify time is selected the user will need a field to enter the time. The application will then send an SMS to a pre-programmed number. in SMS format, with the users number, name, location and collection time.
