Create an iPhone App

Hi - I'm re-posting the project. The person who originally accepted the bid has backed out. The overview is that this app queries a web service and then displays the data in a drill-down format on the iPhone. Please see the attached description. Please also watch the video. The video is a mock-up of the functionality of the app I want you to build. The design/layout pictured in the video is not the final design I want. I will provide new graphics for the app. Thank you!
