Simple Android Card Game App

Dear all, I am looking for someone who could program a fairly easy card game (known as "Quartets" in Gemany, "Trumps" in the US etc.). While there are already a few versions out there in the Android Market, this one is currently the best, however I am looking for some modified features and another setting (not cars): [login to view URL];feature=search_result&hl=en While I will provide all texts and licences for the pictures (as well as stats for each "card"), all technical aspects of the app shall be covered by this project. In comparison to the game above, the app shall not include a multiplayer option at this stage but instead create some long term motivation by having to play often for unlocking new cards. In total the game shall include 100 playing cards of which 50 will be unlocked at the beginning, 32 will be included in every game (player and AI receive both 16 cards randomly selected from the unlocked cards) and after each won game, new cards will be unlocked and added to the rotation. The app shall be easily used as a foundation of other themes (e.g. planes, cars, etc. in the future) I will provide a full specification paper winner of this bidding.
