Develop Rate My Tattoo app for Android

I need someone to port an app already written for Windows Phone to Android. The app is titled "Rate My Tattoo" and makes it possible for users to upload a picture of their tattoo and other people can vote on it. The app consist of 5 different views. Common 4 out of 5 views is a title in the top and a menu in the bottom. Also just above the menu, an ad from google ads should be shown (illustrated on "[login to view URL]"). The buttons in the bottom should be clickable and lead the users to each of the 4 views. The view on [login to view URL]" is only provided to illustrate the common look of the 4 views. The start page when opening the app should be "[login to view URL]". [login to view URL] should show (besides the stuff from [login to view URL]) a picture of a random tattoo as well as two buttons for like and dislike. All the pictures and info is provided from a backend which I have written. You will of course get documentation of this backend, but it is very simple and returns data in JSON. For this view for instance, there is a random method in the backend, returning a few info of a random picture, as well as an url to fetch the picture. When the user presses like or dislike a new servercall is made and the random method should be called again to generate a new picture. Some sort of progress should be shown while voting and the buttons should not be clickable while voting for an item. Clicking the toplist button in the menu shows the view on toplist.png. The toplist view show a grid of the 10 top most votes pictures. This data is also provided from the backend. This view should be scrollable, making it possible to see down to the last picture returned from the server (no paging). When scrolling down, the menu and ad should stay in the same place and only the area showing the pictures should scroll. When clicking recent, a recently uploaded pictures is shown ([login to view URL]), showing the recent uploads (also returned from the server). The view should be scrollable the same way as toplist, When clicking the My button, a list of the users uploads are shown ([login to view URL]). to the left of each picture, the number of up and down votes are shown. In the bottom, two buttons is shown: “Picture” and “Library”. Clicking “Picture” starts the camera and the user can take a picture. When the picture is taken, a preview should be shown and the user can click upload or similar to upload the picture to the server. This view should be shown in a popup or similar and also have room for a small text provided by med. The library button works the same way, but rather than taking a picture with the camera, the user can select from the picture library on the phone. Same popup and all. When a picture has been uploaded, the list of my pictures should be updated. Just a note of the pictures. They should be scaled before uploading to avoid users uploading GBs of data. If users press and hold on a picture on my pictures, the app should show a dialog asking if the user wants to delete the picture or not. If the user selects “Yes”, a delete method is called on the backend and the list of pictures should be reloaded. On all tattoo pictures across views, it should be possible to click on them and the app should show a fullscreen edition of that picture ([login to view URL]). Clicking the back button, returns the app to the previous view. I will provide you with all the graphics from the blue background to the buttons. I need you to find some appropriate icons for the menu in the bottom.
