CSipSimple - Android mobile dialer - modification

1. Our Icon and Company Name on the application 2. After install the program and launch 2a. Easy configuration - this option will not be shown to user at start up 2b. Under Easy configuration -> Availability profile: Only for outgoing - will be enabled by default 3. Add account 3a. All other brand/company will be removed from setup wizard 3b. There is option Basic inside setup wizard 3c. If you click on Basic - asking to enter SIP account information : this field option will open , when clicking on Add account 3d. Account name - Our Company Name will be hardcoded [so Account name will not be anymore available here] 3e. Username - Enter your Username 3f. Server - our server address and port will be hardcoded [so Server option will not be anymore available here] 3g. Password - Enter your password 4. Compose tab/option will be removed from CSIPSIMPLE dialpad 5. Call logs will be only numbers - not the whole sip URI 6. Under Settings -> Media -> Codecs -> GSM - will be enabled by default 7.
