Creating Android ADMIN app and CREATING DATABASE

************************* ***PROJECT NOTE*** Freelancer NEEDS to have experience with DATABASE and ANDROID apps. DO Not apply if you do not have BOTH. I will not consider you for this job if i do not see relevant samples. I DO NOT ALSO want a list of every app you have ever made. I only want to see relevant samples. Project needs to be done VERY QUICKLY, i need to hire a full time company who can dedicate many hours to get this done quickly and who has a good response rate. Daily communication is A MUST!!! ************************* I have built a iOS app that enables users to add cards (stamp cards and loyalty cards) to their profile. This app will list programs available to the user throughout the city. I need someone to create the administrator app that will be installed on an Android Tablets. Requirements: 1) User accounts (admins) - Creating digital stamp programs for their business - Managing and editing these programs - Reward Stamps (QR CODE functionality ***POSSIBLE CHANGE TO METHOD) - Redeeming Stamps for completed programs - Reward Points (QR CODE functionality ***POSSIBLE CHANGE TO METHOD) - Redeeming Points (QR CODE functionality ***POSSIBLE CHANGE TO METHOD) 2) Master account for my company (SUPER admin) - All functionality of above Admin PLUS more - Send Push notifications (Specific Push) to groups (users who have specific programs saved on their account) - Send Push notifications (General Push) to ALL Users - Confirm New Programs - Delete existing Programs - Create new programs for new users who are unfamiliar with system - Access and edit all information about USERS and ADMINS 3) Create and connect a database for all the information that will be processed between the app and the admin side. 4) The admin and super admin app needs to also have the functionality to send push notifications on various levels to different carriers of the app. 5) This will also be to connect to a website at a future date. 6) Might have to make a few small adjustment to the app. 7) More Functionality will be discussed with FREELANCER who is awarded project. I have attached a small diagram of the functionalities and the layout of this app. ***POSSIBLE OTHER PROJECT FOR FREELANCER*** USER App will need to be recreated for Android and Blackberry To discuss further with freelancer.
