Complete Basic Android application (WhatWear)

October 18, 2011 Dear Freelancer: We are requesting the programming services of a Freelancer Android Application Developer for an Android application project. The application is called WhatWear. The WhatWear android application will determine for its user what to wear (clothing and fashion accessories) depending on the user's cell phone GPS location. Our android application specifications are attached. We would want all rights to the product, from proposal to design to source code to the deployable, executable mobile application. This would include, but would not be limited to: -design specifications -the installable apk (executable) -all source code -all database data -all application assets and resource (pictures, icons, etc.) -a concise, safe, bulletproof mobile application We are not assuming that we know many of the aspects of creating and developing Android mobile applications. There are probably some items we would be entitled to that I have not listed here.
