Android developer for voice recording app

I am looking for a capable android developer to code an android application which will communicate with a web based api. The app will include a custom voice recorder (not default phone voice recorder) and typical social network features- profile, user relationships, etc. All data will be sent and received via a web based api using json. I only require the android app to be coded, the design and api are not required. I would prefer a UK based developer but not essential. Outside UK bidders please don't bid unless you have high completion rate otherwise you will not be considered! I would love to be able to offer better pay but I am myself a freelancer, this project could be quite interesting (and beneficial) for the right person!
