I have Vacant House leads and need services of a freelancer to skip trace and negotiate with Vacant House owners to sell their houses to me for wholesaling. I have about twelve Vacant House leads which I'm hoping atleast half will sell to me as I have cash buyers waiting for these leads. I therefore need a very professional freelancer with real estates knowledge and the mentioned skills who can contact the owners and make offers based on the Offer amount and leads I will provide. This also include following up and taking calls from the sellers just on these twelve Hot leads This project is a bit urgent and needs an appropriate freelancer
