You will be making sales calls and negotiating deals for luxury properties and home within the USA and UK. You’ll need to be confident and personable as building rapport, networking, good sales ability and following up on leads is the backbone of the business. Most of all you’ll need to be likeable. ‘People buy from People’. Being respectful and treating our customers and their homes with care is a must! The Role: This role is home-based. You’ll manage your own diary to satisfy customer and business needs, so a solid work ethic is essential. Your main responsibility is to bring houses to market at the correct price, whilst ensuring clients receive exemplary customer service. You’ll research the local market and provide comparison detail and supporting evidence relating to a valuation and recommend a winning strategy to achieve a successful sale. Commission is earned through gaining new listings – ‘winning instructions’ and from bolt-on services that are available and relevant.
