Magento Website Changes - Product Sale Price Changes

We currently have a website [login to view URL] It has a range of products displayed but some are incorrectly priced with sale / offer. We would like to work with a web guy who can make product changes and any other changes we need doing to the website. e.g Shorts, tighties and hoodies on website show as being on sale form say 29.99 to 24.99 but when go into individual order its still full price. So basically a small job to start in getting prices corrected then we can give you more products to add. Bidder must be available on skype and also be good with timelines.
