Creation and Automation of transactional emails (Magento to Mandrill & Mailchimp)

I am the director of a Booking website. We are pressed for time and need a freelancer with skills to create our dynamic emails and setup the automation process for our transactional emails. Please note the below is step 1 of many other transactional emails we will need to create, so note, this could be the beginning of a long working relationship. Basic Info: We are working with Magento & currently using Mailchimp for our newsletter solution. The solution we are looking for: 2 Days after user has purchased a deal, we would like to send them an automatic dynamic email (which we already have the template as what we want it to look like) to that customer reminding them the amount of reward points they have. If user does not purchase in 4 months, we would like to send them another reminder of the amount of reward points they have. The solution will be connected to our magento backend, and user account, however the transactional email will be sent by mandrill or mailchimp. We need help creating the email (as per our requirements), and making sure that the automation process is set up correctly and working.
