configure developer certificate on apple mac

We are registered Apple developers but never went through the process of getting our developer certificate. We now need our Mac Book set up and completed with the final certificate process. I can give the selected developer remote access so they can work on the machine directly. This is only open to Mac developers who have done this before; you must provide proof of being a registered Mac developer with certificate.
