Hey There, Where is your datacenter? If you're using OVH or such datacenter and they provide KVM/iDRAC/IPMI access to the server it would be better. But Also, It's possible to reset the password via Rescue Mode (Which they're run a Linux Live on your server). I can do it ASAP :) Regards, Daniel

Do you have shell or terminal access to the Xen server? If so, I can rest the password via grub quickly.
