E-mail expert with setup and configuration

** Must be able to complete this by Friday morning, US East Coat time i.e. 3 and a half days. I am looking for an e-mail expert who knows how to get e-mails into inboxes. You MUST have experience setting up Sendy with AWS, setup SPF records, DKIM and DMARC. You must have proven track record in troubleshooting and figuring out the best possible configuration to ensure e-mails reach the proper destination and not SPAM. I understand it may be impossible to guarantee how Gmail and other 3rd party e-mail suppliers treat e-mails, but I need someone who knows best practices, and can set it up so all rules and regulations are adhered to (proper bounce handling, proper unsubscribe, and any CAN-SPAM act regulation). These e-mail lists are all for legitimate businesses & will have around 15k subscribers. If this one goes well, I have another one I will need setup with around the same amount. I will ignore all automatic bids or bids that don't mention the experience they have setting up Sendy or other newsletter mail configurations. P.s. if this works out, we have a lot of other projects that I can give you that will pay either hourly or fixed rate.

I have configured many highly available and fault tolerant Aws servers. I have setup email using Amazon SES separately and also I have integrated it with Sendy for sending bulk mails. Relevant Skills and Experience Integrating Amazon SES with sendy is the recommended way for sending bulk mails. I have troubleshooted many errors in mail configuration and had success in delivering the mails to the inbox with ease.
