MY PROBLEM. Some host providers include home sender ip in the message headers, when the sender use their webmail. SpamAssassin see this home sender ip in the message headers and rate this ip. In many cases the home sender ip is dynamic and is blacklisted. Then the SpamAssassin add point to score and dont delivery the message, because the home sender ip is blacklisted. It is not correct and is not usefull. I want config the SpamAssassin to verify only the first IP in the message headers. HOW WE WILL WORK IN THIS PROJECT I will give team viewer access to you in my machine and we will work together in this project. EXAMPLE I made a test that show my home ip is in the email headers. In this test the score of the SpamAsssin was added 10 points and my message test was not delivered. You can see the test that i made and the test results attached.

Hi :) How you are sending emails ? Using SMTP authentications ? I think it is not related to spamassasin , It seems you have configured cPanel exim settings incorrectly. Have you tried to send emails after disabling spamassasin for that cPanel account ? Do you have Mailscanner installed ? Do you use any filter settings , Please go into cPanel >> Account Level Filtering and cPanel >> User Level Filtering and check for custom filter was setup. Awaiting for your response. Thank you.
