1. we need out linux apache server tweaked for the best performance and least resources. 2 we need confguration of apache server to the best possible cache controlling via [login to view URL] settings and .htaccess commands. unless the files changed, the server settings should instruct the browsers and proxies to download the pages only the first time. from then on it should retrieve the files from local cache and proxies. budjet $30
