Bulk Email Marketing System - Interspire

I am looking to do bulk email sending from an Interspire Email Marketer setup. I already have the Interspire program but need someone with extensive experience in these kinds of systems to addon, configure and optimize to make a complete well rounded bulk email system for me. I will list some of the needed features below but if you have any additional guidance for me or features on how I should be setting this up please feel free to inform me. - Should allow for Multiple MTA/SMTP + IP Monitor - Allow for different tracking domains depending on what the send out domain is. - Configure and optimize the database to be able to do large amount of send outs at a time. Maybe a Multithread setup - Set up DKIM Signing, RDNS, PX, MX Records & SPF records, DNS and + EXIM - Feedback loops processor, Feedback Loops(FBL Complaints) - Should allow use of multiple subject lines and other content spinning - Should allow exporting and backup of send out data like clicks, opens suppressions etc. - We need to receive bounces from all providers and automatically keep our lists clean. - GeoStatistics of the send outs and data lists.
