Joomla/VM Registration Email problem

We are looking for a Joomla/VM expert to fix something that our current programmer seems to think he cannot fix. So we really do need someone who knows this well. 1. We use qcontacts when poeple register with us but the details I seem to be getting are not all there. we want someone to fix this so the details are all saved and an email sent with the full details. Our budget is very limit as we have spent most of the money on our last GAF person. Budget is maximum $30 but less would be better. Work to be completed in 2 days maximum.
