Custom Webgui for IpTables

I need a simple web based gui application for iptables. I don't need all the confusing parts of iptables. My goal is to route data coming in on one port, on one interface, and send it to another port on either the same interface or another interface. I also need the ability to duplicate that data coming in on that port and route it as above. The configuration must be able to be saved, and loaded back. It also has to work after a reboot. If you have any other suggestion to do this in an easier way, I am open to an alternative method. - The application must be compatible with Ubuntu and CentOS. - use of system users for web gui access - configurable to work on any port range - a simple installer that will work on Ubuntu and CentOs Please provide timeline of completion with your quote.
