We are needing to add 500 one way links over a 4 month time period to two sites. Only links from directly relevant sites related to the target sites topic will be accepted. You will need to send in a weekly report of the links and pages you have added our site. Preference is a PR of 2 and higher. All links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code. You will receive a specific list of anchor text and the quantity of links required for each. The link from page must be indexed by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics. This is a 120 day project in which we need 125 links per month done. No more or less please. Link from page must meet the following basic requirements: be search engine friendly. Al link pages must be cached by Google.(static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by robots.txt. It is your job to review each url address and page from the desired link from list we provide to insure the link location is relevant and quality. The ideal page will be a content page themed to the target sites topic. This is not a requirement, it is however, the preference. Our websites are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and any accommodation, loding or thailand related site, blog, related directories, or revelant page is required. ONLY ENGLISH LANGUAGE WEBSITES. You May Not Link From: link farms, FFAs, no banned sites by Google, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, No adult sites, no classifieds or pharmacy, gaming, forums, political, guestbooks, dynamic links, black hat links and just plain what we consider not helpful links. All links must be static, standard href type links (no cgi etc.) and direct using provided anchor texts. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse payment for any link if not found suitable. This order is for one way non-reciprocal links only. No exchanges. Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire. This is a one time fee for service. Payment will be made monthly (25% of the total bid) based upon the number of actual links you are able to do. We need someone who can stay on target for the 125 however or do it bid this job. A monthly payment will only occur upon our receipt of all listings of the active links with URL and PR. The cost per link is calculated based upon your total bid amount should you fail to achieve the minimum 125 links per month. This project is designed to spread over 120 days (4 months). If you win the bid and FAIL to perform adequately (i.e. We expect 125 links per month, you deliver 50 links. Not satisfactory), we reserve the right to cancel the balance of the contract. You will, however, be compensated for any back links you developed according to the above terms.
