I have the design completed for a website (the site is very typical in design (2 columns + header and footer). Consists of 4 main menu items (including contact form). I need someone to program the site to function and in addition program a cms for the site - I also need the site optimized for web crawl and the programmer needs to be able to publish the website to an existing host. Please contact me for more information and proofs of the design. I'll post some images later today.
