File a patent which has been filed as provisional application

Asaf, is there still time to file your application? Your posting appears to say that you now have a patent application which is filed as a Provisional, but which you would like to now file as a Utility. That means that you have a Background Section, Drawing Descriptions, an Invention Description Sections, as well as claims in your Provisional. You would need to file a Declaration and an Application Data Sheet (ADS) along with your specification and drawings. You should also submit a payment, but can do that later by paying a surcharge. You might also be able to pay lower filing fees if you qualify as a micro-entity. pm
