It is a continuous job where you will have to keep on drafting the cases which will be filed before the various county courts of UK. For this assignment we need a lawyer who is familiar with UK laws and can draft the cases as per the required format of county courts of UK. The Freelancer applying for this job has to comply with the following: 1) Knowledge of UK Laws and Legislation. 2) Submit a Case draft prepared by you. Please do not submit a copy obtained from or over Internet. 3) If possible try and submit a sample draft of situation like: A student has been forced to change school due to School Management and you are representing a student and has to file a case against the school management. We are looking forward for a good response for all the freelancers and this job will start with an immediate effect.

Dear Sirs, Thank you for taking the time to consider my proposal. I will keep my content short and sweet. I am a UK Lawyer who is familiar with UK Laws and Legislation. My specialism is family law but I have also carried out immigration work as well. This is not my domain but I am perfectly able to look at documentation and prepare a case summary which could be filed in the Courts or correspondence which enters into discussions with the relevant foreign education insitute. I have my own immigration consultancy and also teach English whilst at the same time practising law.
