Hacking & Sabotage

I am looking for someone who will be able to do either one of this or all of this 1) Hack into the website, acquire the admin password, or modify value, information and disrupt the running of the website 2) Disable or disrupt the website from running properly. Bringing it down, using DDOS or something like that. The website is running on jsp in mysql database, most likely in a linux OS. Payment will be made only on successful hacking.
