Sharepoint 2010 Webpart

I want a webpart to display the incoming links on a Sharepoint 2010 Wiki page. I have the code (attached) to get the incoming links page but I can't get Sharepoint to append the contents of the page to the end of the wiki page. This functionality worked (without a webpart) in Sharepoint 2007 and 2013 but for some reason MS moved incoming links to the ribbon in 2010. Steps for testing the required outcome (and attached code): 1) create 2 sharepoint wiki pages (say WIki Page One and Wiki Page Two) which both reference a third (say Wiki Page Three) 2) create the third wiki page and add the project webpart (or a Content Editor webpart containing the jQuery code) . Wiki Page Three should now include a final <div> whose contents are "Incoming Links: <BR> Wiki Page One <BR> Wiki Page Two <BR>" Please note the code must standalone and not require Sharepoint farm admin privileges to install (SIte admin privileges are fine).
