Build a Website

I need someone who can help me out. I am developing a web application that uses Laravel 4. I am authenticating 3 clouds, namely, dropbox,google drive and box. my basic functions in each cloud are: upload,download,delete,search update(replace if existing) files,create and del folders. i want a controller to use them as one. my app is about extended memory storage abstraction. exam, if dropbox is full then controller will manipulate box/google clouds depending if memory available is not sufficient to store upload. i want someone to develop with me, i am done with dropbox and i am learning how to use google drive library. by the way i am using artdarek as my oauth bec. it can authenticate to the 3 clouds directly.
