Joomla template set up

we need someone to set up a website using a template monster template 32822. The template is installed already and so is joomla 1.6 so we need someone to complete setting up the template and set up all the menu tabs too. We then need the logo we have made to be inserted in to the template , remove un needed pages from joomla content default set up so all we have to do is enter in text later . Then just change the colour from green on menu tabs to blue and alter template to show in the footer the company name etc . Idealy someone who can do today will be useful and someone who can set up in such a way so all we have to do is enter text to complete site and who makes it easy for us by using some initiative so we dont need to use up much time after you complete
