Joomla site revamp

Hi, we have a Joomla site with members and require help with: 1. Revamp of website look using templates with graphic editing (photos to be provided by us) 2. Installation and configuration of mailing list extension for members which should support HTML mailers (should automatically add newly paid up members in community builder/AEC and delete members who are no longer active) - If another mailing list component would better suit our needs, please feel free to suggest this to us. We can pick up the licensing cost of that component. 3. Support structure for next 12 months 4. Fix any quirks / small issues i.e deletion of all unwanted databases (there are 10 currently within the site), articles placement issue, update of all installed components (I have done most upgrades already but would be good to have a second opinion). Please list the joomla sites you have worked on as well if you have any experience with mailing lists within Joomla integrated with the AEC subscription manager. Thanks.
