Joomla quick edit

Hi I have a joomla site set up already, I have done some work on it but am too busy / stupid to fix up a few pages I need. Required: The site will be an article directory (like Hub pages etc in action, but not as sophisticated) - this will be within an existing flat html site. I will be asking people I know to resgister and then put in articles. --- So: The joomla site will allow new users to register (or I can pre register them and send them an email with details). Once logged in they can add a new article, with image and video, and link url(s), which is then moderated by me as admin. Links from within their pages should 'nofollow' and target 'new' (although this needs to be in JS as I think 'new' is depreciated now). They can add tags to make searching easier. They choose which category the article goes into from a list. Articles go into preset categories (ie, set up by me) with an Other category for odds and ends. Can be in 1 or 2 categories. I will probably have 10-20 categories, can add new ones if I want. Once moderated, will be put into full article list, and category lists. Search page for articles. Tag cloud. These must be normal plugins I think just need setting up. --- That is more or less it. There may well be further work on this site as I run with it, and I have other sites in Scuttle which need some tweaks, so should be longer term relationship. I write html, css, js, etc, but very busy, and prefer to offload php type work. Let me know what your hour/day rates are for this and we can work out a proper spec (but that is a scope above).
