Need all ethereum addresses with a minimum balance of 10, 20, 30 and 40 as an array

So I need 4 seperate files including arrays: All addresses that have a balance above 10, 20, 30 and 40 ETH. All addresses should be in a file formatted like this: var arr = ["0xbe0eb53f46cd790cd13851d5eff43d12404d33e8", "0xc02aaa39b223fe8d0a0e5c4f27ead9083c756cc2", "0x742d35cc6634c0532925a3b844bc454e4438f44e", "0x53d284357ec70ce289d6d64134dfac8e511c8a3d", "0xab7c74abc0c4d48d1bdad5dcb26153fc8780f83e"] All letters of the addresses must be formatted to lowercase (because there are addresses like this formatted 0xdff4e8f4D8bA1418aE1f2807943FF47d218d5f18). YOUR JOB: Get the addresses with balances from the ethereum blockchain and put it in 4 seperate files file 1: all balances starting with 10 ETH file 2: all balances starting with 20 ETH file 3: all balances starting with 30 ETH file 4: all balances starting with 40 ETH
