Javascript News Image Reel

I have a design for my website, but I would like to incorporate a News Image Reel function for the Home Page. I would like the news image reel to consist of a section of the page which shows an image with a text overlay (represetning a news headline), this image then cycles between 5 different images every 10 seconds or so. In addition I would like some functionality in that 5 buttons each representing a particular news headline (and one of the 5 images) can be used to manually change the image, by rolling the mouse over. I would also like to incorporate two arrows which change the image manually also, if clicked then the arrows change the image to the next one, or previous one. I have already designed and sliced all aspects of this news image reel section. What I am looking to have done is the javascript to get the functionality I am looking for and for this to be applied to my design. I have attached an image of the relevant area of my sites design.
