Gmail script for automated email forwarding

I'm seeking a skilled script developer, experienced in Google Scripts and Gmail, to create a Google script that accomplishes the following. The script has to monitor my Gmail inbox for incoming emails. Upon receiving any new email, the script will download a wav file from a link within the email. The downloaded file will not need to be stored permanently, as they will immediately be forwarded as an attachment to a predefined group of emails. A small issue is that it can take a time until the link is active so it needs to retry the link every 25 seconds to see if its gets the file. A gist of the tasks includes: - Checking Gmail inbox for new inbound emails - Identifying a link within the received email - Downloading the .wav file from that link - Forwarding the email, including the downloaded file, to a specific group of emails.
