Crypto trading bot

I want to make a crypto trading bot (ccxt or other) that is capable of using the Coinigy API or the API of most exchanges. This bot must be able to work on a VPS and its auto start can be programmed on a Windows server. It must be able to control through a friendly graphical environment Must be able to run on at least 20 trading pairs at the same time.
