Build zoning / land use. web Applications and API

We have a working model of an application to be built. We also have a first version built on ASP.net. We want a professional firm with strong project management skills that will work with us on a daily basis and work 1 on 1 with us and other development teams, as well as participate in daily standup meetings. This will be a long-term partnership. Only the best need apply -> developers must be able to learn and understand the industry need of the product, and translate existing equations, mathematics, computations, and logic into web bases application. Hourly rate. We understand the following is very vague, but will provide more details during interview process.  1. Web bases application that does very heavy computational math to calculate various values 2. Draws shapes based on the results (elevation, plan) 3. User access, logins, store results, pdf reports, etc. 4. Ability to access via an API 5. Possible implementation of 3D shapes with WebGL 6. Use of multiple databases for calculations. We are considering the following technolgoies: 1. Keeping current ASP and building on it with C sharp. 2. Building new version with nodejs 3. Java or PHP 4.
