I need a dynamic Adobe Acrobat stamp that has 13 fields. Two fields should be beyond the users capability to change. ["Received By" and "Date Time Stamped"] If possible, the remainder of the fields should remain editable after the stamp is applied. (If this is not possible, it is not a show stopper.) I will need instructions on how the stamp you create can be applied. We are using Windows 7 Professional and Windows 7 Enterprise. We need compatibility for Adobe Acrobat DC Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
