I am looking for a very good Macromedia FCS (Flash Communication Server) specialist. The new name of the flash communication server is the Macromedia Flash Media Server 2. I need a developer who can build a video conferencing application. The application will have group communication features. We have already designed the pages…we only need someone who can add the technology under it. I prefer to work with people we have already finalized such a video conferencing system. I want to pay around 350-450 Dollars per month per developer.

Hi we already developed this types of project, and let me tell that we develop it in VC++. where one control server is there and clients or users are connected to the server dynamically and the information of all the clients are listed in the view area of avery clients. They can pass Audio, video and files in between them. If You want tyo develop this project in .Net and java then donot worry about it. It will be more easier.
