Pay Pal web form 2.4% fee + 30c integration

Hey There, Looking for someone to finish a Pay Pal integration. My Client wishes to charge his clients the 2.4% fee + 30c after the total has been calculated, including Pay Pal fee. The rest of the form is complete & operational to the following example: Invoice Amount: $1000.00 + 2.4% +.30c = $1024.30 The calculation should be from a Pay Pal point of view, they see the total amount of $1024.30 then calculate the 2.4% fee & .30c charge, in turn the final total is $1024.90. Would like this project to be completed within the next 3hrs.
