Apply CSS to improve the look of websites

This work is suitable for a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) expert. I want to apply a web template to my current sites. I have 15 sites to convert, each site contain approximately 10-15 pages. They are all identical in structure. See the attached file to see the sample site. I will give you an empty web templates with dummy pages + css files + the contents of my 15 websites. Your task is to add/remove css elements, add tables without the table tags and apply it to my website contents. The web site contents and styles must be totaly separate. All the styles must be in the external CSS style sheet only. Please do not use fancy animations or flash. Please use only common standards like XHTML, CSS, javascript. You should deliver me the web template with improved style sheet + contents of my sites with new look and feel. Deliver the work within TWO weeks or by 15 March 07.
