HTML5 Canvas Drawing

I'm working on the agency website: [login to view URL] In the 3rd section you will find a wheel which will feature the various work the agency does. Attached is the end result of how I want it to look. Currently, i'm using HTML5 canvas to draw the circle and the pieces of the pie, I need you to complete the canvas drawing so the text will show up as it is in the attached image. Budget is ~$30.
