Ajax developer needed

Hello ajaxians, I am a project manager of a company and developer also, Due to a failure of a freelancer Ajax developer I have an open project that it is very urgent to be completed. The basic part is working on the following script: [login to view URL] To be more specific it is ajax/php/mysql project. There are certain fields of the database that we make add/edit/insert. The grid will make a query in the database and add - remove dynamically records without refresh of the browser window. On click of a record of the grid has to refresh the right and left column of the basis pane (dhtml suite) and parse a variable inside in order to get some results of another query like: [login to view URL] or it would be better to print 2 more fileds from the db only the one must have the ability to edit and update the db. Additional help for the php queries can be provided from our programmers. The main grid will have another grid down of it and on click it will display some records of another query that will depend on the variable that we will parsed on the first grid. Based on the id we will print the last 10 db entries as a log file the most important thing in this application is to parse variables through the components and refresh the components to get new results of the database. We have the project made until a certain point. We don’t care if it must be written from the scratch or to be finished from this point and continue. We have to mention that we want a professional and talented programmer. We have just a few days until alpha version is released. We want full and immediate communication with all type as msn messenger and skype. We will not accept any delays. Moreover we want certain time to fix all the bugs the application will have plus all the changes our client might need. Thank you for your time.
